AI And Digital Transformation Business Analyst

Job Summary

The Business Analyst supports the design and implementation of AI-enabled and automated workflows that improve operational efficiency and business performance. This role partners with business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and deliver process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the implementation of AI-enabled, automated, and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare business documentation, including process maps, requirements, and user stories.
• Analyze business data and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Assist with UAT, solution validation, implementation, and change management activities.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance business analysis and documentation while promoting responsible AI use.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow design.
• Exposure to AI, workflow automation, low-code platforms, or digital transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools.
