Job Description

  • Acts as the focal person for College of Education;
  • Maintains, updates, and records the 201 files of its respective personnel and;
  • Prepares necessary documents for pre-screening and onboarding of employees applying for permanent position and other requests of the department;
  • Performs other related functions as assigned by the Chief of the HRMD Division and OIC of the Unit.

Minimum Qualifications:

Department: HRMD - Recruitment and Contracting Unit

Minimum Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree graduate

Work Experience: At least one (1) year of work experience

Eligibility: Preferably with civil service eligibility, but not required

Desired Qualities:

  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
