Your Role
As a Accreditation Processor , you will :
Learn about Connective and its position within the Australian mortgage home loan market, including the meaning and importance of accreditation for its brokers.
Develop an understanding of the company’s operating systems, including Dynamics, Mercury, CRM, and Outlook.
Process lender and service provider accreditation requests received from Connective brokers. This involves checking accreditation forms for accuracy, reviewing internal systems to confirm the broker is active with Connective, signing the form (if required), uploading the form into the Dynamics accreditation system, and sending it to the lender with the relevant supporting documents for processing.
Various emails, including accreditation forms, are received from brokers, lenders, and Connective staff through the generic accreditation inbox. The onshore team forwards emails to the offshore team, who process the accreditation forms and action any emails received (e.g., approvals, general queries) on a daily basis. Approximately 300 to 400 emails are received each day; however, not all emails are sent to the offshore team for processing, as some are retained by the onshore team.
Emails received from lenders or brokers are required to be updated in the broker’s Dynamics profile and, in some instances, responded to accordingly. Responsibility also includes updating the broker’s lender list.
Once the accreditation form, together with supporting documents, has been sent to the lender, the progress of the accreditation is followed up directly with the lender. The follow-up process varies depending on the lender. Accreditations are processed for more than 50 lenders, each with their own distinct accreditation requirements and processes. Additional documents, information, and clarification requested by lenders are also provided as required. The status, broker ID, and relevant documents of brokers are updated accordingly.
