Your Role

As a Tax Associate, you will:

• Reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger, bank accounts, foreign currency payments etc.
• Verifies and accurately posts all payments to the correct invoices.
• Assists customers with account enquiries.
• Liaises with Audit Collection Services for bad debt recovery.
• Credit Hold Order Maintenance.
• Supports the month end process.
• Actively monitors ATB and chase delinquent accounts.
• Updates Customer notes in Pronto when liaising with customer via email and/or phone.
• Answers external trade credit references.
• Answers phones and attends to queries (both customer and internal operations and sales representatives)
• Meets KPIs.
• Performs other duties as required by team leader or key stakeholders within the business.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or debt collection role
• Proficient in MS Office and email, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent work initiative and willingness to learn new functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks and support collection processes efficiently
