Your Role

As an Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will:

• Support and coordinate the Accounts Payable team in Manila, ensuring compliance with reporting, payment timetables, and Australian Tax/Monadelphous Group governance.
• Lead and mentor team members through regular 1:1 check-ins, ongoing coaching, and performance management against KPI targets.
• Manage exception processes, including stop credit notifications, supplier communication, and the investigation of duplicate invoices or aged workflow items.
• Analyze daily KPI data and team productivity to prepare comprehensive End of Month (EOM) and error reports for management.
• Optimize departmental workflows by identifying emerging issues, flagging process improvements, and handling basic system troubleshooting.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience in a Supervisory or Team Lead role within Accounts Payable.
• Previous experience on an Australian Account ensuring familiarity with Australian tax.
• Prior exposure to the BPO industry a must.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience supporting Australian-based clients or companies (knowledge of AU Tax/GST).
• Ability to manage multiple entities or company logons simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in process improvement identification and implementation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict payment deadlines.
