Your Role



Primarily responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions across the group, with support provided to the real estate and building companies as required. This role will also assist with processing payments and invoices for companies operating in both Australia and Greece, under the oversight of the Transactional Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for group entities, including companies in Australia and Greece
• Approximately 90% accounts payable and 10% accounts receivable
• Processing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations in line with company policies
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cashflow monitoring for all entities
• Support the Building Company Accountant and Trust Accountant during leave periods
• Provide general transactional accounting support as required
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, payment schedules, and deadlines
• Liaise with the Transactional Team Manager to ensure multi-jurisdictional payments are accurate, timely, and compliant
  
  

Systems Experience

• Xero (essential)
• Experience processing payments in multiple currencies is desirable
  
  

Required Experience

• Strong experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ability to assist with bank reconciliations and cashflow reporting
• Experience handling multi-currency or multi-jurisdictional transactions is highly desirable
• Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision while managing multiple entities
