Accounting Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Review sales reports, cash collections, bank deposits, and expense reports.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of bank accounts, cash accounts, and supplier balances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures..
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
• Generate accounting reports from the system for management review.
• Supervise and guide accounting staff in their daily tasks.
• Review work accuracy and ensure deadlines are met.
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in supervising accounting functions is an advantage
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Willing to be assigned at Quezon City
