Account Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead account acquisition initiatives by identifying high-potential prospects, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into long-term strategic partners
• Formulates and articulates the strategies to develop, build and retain key accounts consistent with Portfolio Acquisition & Management’s core mandate to meet revenue growth and market share targets
• Serve as the main point of contact and build strong, long-term relationships with partners
• Monitor partner performance, track KPIs and identify opportunities for growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and support partner goals
• Guide partners on product adoption, best practices, and new opportunities
• Conducts regular business reviews and sales performance assessments to monitor, analyze and improve performance against individual and portfolio targets in order to devise action-oriented tactical programs and projects

What You'll Need

• Background in the Financial Technology (FinTech) industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 3+ years experience in Sales and Business Development
