Job Summary

The Account Manager (US) manages and grows assigned US client accounts, ensuring strong client relationships, successful project delivery, and revenue growth. This role works closely with Account Management, Client Services, and Operations teams to execute sales strategies and maintain high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mid-to-large US client accounts and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive account growth through upselling, strategic recommendations, and client engagement
  • Respond to RFQs, prepare bid proposals, and support pricing discussions
  • Track bids and projects while ensuring timely follow-ups and communication
  • Coordinate with Operations and Client Services to ensure smooth project execution
  • Identify operational improvements and communicate client feedback to internal teams
  • Support marketing initiatives such as case studies, podcasts, and industry events
  • Provide account updates, forecasts, and maintain proper client documentation
  • Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and conferences when needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Manage mid-to-large US client accounts and maintain strong client relationships

Required Experience

  • Bachelors/College Degree is required
  • At least 2 Years of Account Assistant or Account Management experience in the Market Research (panel selling field experience is an advantage); or must have a strong background in sales and client relationship management.
