The Tenant Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring all tenants comply with the lease terms, memorandum of agreement and house rules and regulations defined by the company.

The Tenant Relations Officer is in charge of the monitoring of construction progress and all pre-opening requirements and ensures that the tenants open their stores on time.

The Tenant Relations Officer ensures the smooth egress and proper turnover of the space back to the company at the end of the lease term/contract. This also includes the routing of the tenants’ final accountability and releasing of security deposit and refunds.

The Tenant Relations Officer shall establish and maintain good relations with all tenants and help them ensure sales, profitability, and sustainability of their business during their lease contract with the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management and other related or relevant technical course
• At least 3 years working experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service or equivalent; preferably with expertise in mall management, operations or maintenance

• Schedule: 5-day work week; rest day to be discussed.
