The Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening our internal talent pipeline by activating and scaling one of our most impactful sourcing channels—employee referrals. This role partners closely with Talent Attraction, Recruitment Delivery, and internal stakeholders to drive engagement, manage end‑to‑end referral processes, and continuously improve the ERP experience.

  • Own the day‑to‑day management of the Employee Referral Program, including referral intake, validation, tracking, and payout coordination.
  • Plan and execute ERP engagement initiatives such as mailers, internal campaigns, booths, floor walks, and focus group discussions to increase participation and referral quality.
  • Partner with Recruitment Delivery, Sourcing, and Talent Attraction teams to align referral priorities with hiring needs and workforce demand.
  • Monitor ERP performance metrics (e.g., participation rate, referral‑to‑hire conversion) and provide insights and recommendations for program optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with ERP guidelines, policies, and inter‑entity referral processes while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing, Recruitment Operations, or a related HR function
  • Hands‑on experience managing or supporting sourcing channels (e.g., Employee Referral Programs, job boards, events, or agencies)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing or scaling an Employee Referral Program in a BPO, Shared Services, or corporate environment
  • Exposure to Workday or similar applicant tracking systems for referral tracking and reporting
  • Strong presentation skills with experience running internal campaigns or employee engagement initiatives
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
  • Experience working in a channel‑based or multi‑stakeholder recruitment setup
