Act as a Talent Advisor to the business, develop actionable competitive intelligence for recruiters and hiring managers. Gather and analyze data for accurate and confident decision-making and sourcing strategy. Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Track market intelligence requests on a daily basis and ensure all requests are closed within 24-36 hours; distribute requests to vertical leaders if requests exceed the daily capacity
Conduct labour market research to develop intelligence on functional roles; provide recommendations on salary and hiring timelines based on competitive market study; provide in-depth market insights that aid stakeholders identify the marketability of roles in the PH
Leverage market knowledge, partner with Sourcing Channel and Operations Manager to create sourcing and outreach strategies to attract talent (e.g. possible expansion sites, new technologies that are in high-demand, new competitors, competitors who are actively hiring certain roles, etc.)
Generate search insights report and knowledgeable on market mapping to be published to all stakeholders on a bi-monthly basis; capably identify the right talent across global markets and provide advice to the business on how to attract that talent to Probe Group.
Participate in weekly status meetings with the Sourcing Team, identify where market insights can be of use; drive and shape the right sourcing strategies and market intelligence for this capability in selected markets and geographies.
Join client meetings when market insights are needed
Use feedback from Market Intel requestors to improve the quality of submittals
Update the Salary Matrix and the list of roles with limited availability on a monthly basis
Submit weekly reports on market intelligence requests; include type of requests made, foreseeable challenges, etc.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance growth of Probe Group.
Education And/or Work Experience Requirements
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 3 years experience in a sourcing position supporting recruiting professional-level external talent
Previous experience recruiting or sourcing for technical and niche positions
Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (Applicant Tracking System, external recruitment boards and CRMs, and MS Suite)
Strong and thorough knowledge of sourcing and pipelining techniques. Including the use of Boolean search language, website flipping, and other applications in order to source pipeline suitable candidates
Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment
Fluency in English
Ability to understand stakeholders requirements and translate to innovative sourcing strategies
Strong business acumen, analytical and planning skills
Reporting experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential
Strong attention to detail
