Job Description

  • Lead and manage the customer service department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align customer service strategies with company goals.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the customer service team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all customer service activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer service operations and performance metrics.

A Successful Service Director Should Have

  • A strong background in customer service management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for reporting and analysis.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Whats on Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from PHP 1170000 to PHP 1430000 annually.
  • Transportation allowance of PHP 3,500 monthly.
  • HMO coverage with a maximum of PHP 300,000 and free coverage for one dependent.
  • Life insurance provided upon regularization (average of 6 months).
  • Monthly bonuses of 10% of basic salary based on EMC evaluation.
  • Quarterly bonuses of 60% of basic salary upon meeting performance criteria.
