What You’ll be Doing

Are you organized, methodical, and detail oriented? As a Reporting Specialist, you will be in charge of supporting the regional product lifecycle function, that is focal point between the supply chain, the regional supply chain functions, and partner functions.

You’ll report to the Manager, Reporting & Analytics. We’re looking for a leader to Act as one, as you will encourage and motivate you team to resolve issues, accomplish goals and influence their career mobility.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Managing regular and ad-hoc reporting for your assigned area, ensuring timely delivery in line with SLAs;
• Ensuring data accuracy and applying quality controls across reporting activities;
• Adapting and modifying existing reports in response to changing business needs;
• Performing in-depth data and root cause analysis upon request;
• Creating and maintaining databases to support report automation and distribution;
• Keeping reporting documentation (work instructions, report definitions) up to date.
  
  
  

What You Bring to the Role

• Written and spoken communication skills in English
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Superior planning and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data with a high degree of attention to detail
• Strong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
