• Problem Solving and Data Analysis
• Collects and analyzes data related to machines, processes, or issues.
• Validates reported causes of problems through process inspections.
• Collaborates with process owners for data verification.
• Utilizes analytics and problem-solving tools to identify improvement areas.
• Prepares reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
• Equipment Assessment
• Inspects machines for completeness and functionality of parts.
• Monitors machine performance against design, process, and product specifications.
• Conducts studies on machine integration within production lines.
• Identifies critical parameters and adjustments for optimal operation.
• Documents and reports machine assessment results.
• Technical Training Facilitation
• Analyzes competency gaps among personnel using data insights.
• Develops training materials in collaboration with Technical Training Team.
• Supports trainers’ development and effectiveness.
• Conducts technical training sessions for manufacturing staff.
• Prepares and updates training documentation.
• Packaging Engineering Program Implementation
• Reviews plans and specifications for packaging machines.
• Establishes criteria and monitoring systems for new packaging solutions.
• Coordinates with Packaging Manager on solution effectiveness.
• Tracks line performance for reliability studies.
• Reports on implementation outcomes and improvement opportunities.
