This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to IELTS test takers while supporting IELTS products and Test Centre operations across the Australasian region.

Working closely with customers, Test Centres, and internal stakeholders, the role ensures enquiries are resolved professionally, operational processes are followed, and customer interactions meet IDP's quality, compliance, and service standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer support across email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer enquiries while promoting relevant IELTS services and products.
• Handle complex customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and appropriate escalation when required.
• Support Test Centres and internal stakeholders by managing enquiries and maintaining effective communication.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and comply with operational, quality, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to operational activities, team initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across the Australasian region.
