Position Responsibilities
- Researches and resolves issues
- Provide service to internal customers for all aspects of payment processing
- Process transactions and maintain records within established standards
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of business process
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services industries
- Post-secondary school or equivalent work experience
- Medallia knowledge or similar survey capture systems is an asset
- Experience with navigating Power BI
- Knowledge of the Net Promoter System, an asset

- Strong organizational skills required with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills required
- Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
