Your Role:

As a Media Planner, You Will

• Manage end-to-end programmatic advertising campaigns, including research, planning, execution, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
• Develop strategic media plans and present innovative programmatic approaches tailored to client objectives.
• Execute and optimize campaigns across DSPs such as Trade Desk, Google DV360, and PulsePoint.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance, implementing ongoing optimizations to achieve target KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
• Analyze post-campaign performance and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients to foster long-term collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media technologies, and programmatic best practices.
• Contribute to team initiatives such as audience creation, AI-driven optimization, and post-cookie strategy development.
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of media planning experience
• Hands-on expertise in programmatic planning and optimization using DSP platforms (Trade Desk, Google DV360, PulsePoint, etc.)
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with programmatic partners
• Experience negotiating rates and managing campaign makegoods
• Strong storytelling and data visualization skills for crafting insights and presentations
• Passion for innovation and staying current with programmatic trends and technologies
