Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven Marketing Assistant to support the growth of multiple dental clinic locations across Sydney. This role is ideal for a marketer who understands that healthcare marketing is not just about creativity; it is about precision, compliance, local dominance, and conversion.
You will play a key role in strengthening our local presence, increasing patient bookings, and maintaining a professional, medical-grade brand standard across all channels.
Responsibilities
Local Marketing & Patient Comms (The Priority)
Google Business Profile (GBP): You own the local Map Pack. You manage listings for multiple locations, ensuring total accuracy, fresh posts, and proactive review Management.
Social & SMS: You execute end-to-end social content and SMS campaigns. You understand that in dental, a short, well-timed SMS is the most powerful tool to increase appointment booking.
Content & Design (Affinity/Photoshop First)
High-End Execution: You have hybrid skills between Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop. Experience in Affinity is a plus (if you know Adobe Creative Suite, you can drive in Affinity in no time, and this is an expectation).
The "Short" Copywriter: You can write high-impact, short-form copy for SMS, ad headlines, and local updates that resonate with a Sydney audience.
SEO & SERP Dominance
Organic Growth: You have a good grasp of SEO principles. You will help monitor SERP positions for key Sydney dental terms and perform the daily maintenance required to keep us competitive.
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation): You dont just drive traffic; you care about what happens when they land. You’ll look at our pages with a critical eye to improve Conversion.
Paid Ads & Performance Reporting
Creation & Tracking: Assist in the setup and monitoring of Meta and Google Ads. You understand the "why" behind the targeting and ensure GA4 tracking is on-point.
Transparent Reporting: You assist in regular reporting that highlights wins and identify "gaps" where we can improve.
Day-to-Day Maintenance & "The Bigger Picture"
Lifelong Learning: You are curious. You’ll work closely with a mentor who values your bigger picture perspective in end-to-end marketing. You ask questions, suggest improvements, and take pride in "tidy" working habits.
Qualifications
At least 4–6 Years Experience: (Healthcare/Dental industry experience is highly valued).
Open Communicator: You believe in teamwork and transparency. You’d rather ask a question than make an assumption
Technical Stack: Meta Business Suite, GBP, Adobe Creative / Affinity Suite (particularly Photoshop), GA4, GTM, MS Office, exposure to SEMrush, Gemini and Notebook LMs are desirable.
Resilience: You are comfortable with a fast pace, multi-tasking environment, working with clinical/dental imagery and maintaining a professional, medical-grade standard.

Salary Range: ₱50,000.00 - ₱60,000.00
Working Set-up: Remote/WFH (Project based -- 1 year)
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Sydney time: 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM or 8:30 am - 5:30 pm) with 1 hour lunch break
