Your Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:

Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.

Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transportation activities.

Track orders and shipments, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.

Resolve logistics-related issues, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in packaging and transportation.

Assist in optimizing logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Prepare reports on shipment status, inventory levels, and logistics performance.

Support cross-functional teams in planning and executing packaging and distribution strategies.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination.
• Knowledge of packaging processes, shipping documentation, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in international shipping or customs documentation.
• Proficiency with advanced ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical skills for logistics performance reporting.
