Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Management or any related.
• Proven experience in inventory management, auditing or related roles.
• Familiarity with inventory control and audit processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work on-site and do field work.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
  
  

• Ensuring inventory is accurate and prepares monthly inventory report.
• Conducting check and balance with physical count and system records.
• Ensure that the statutory inventory reports will be submitted to BIR on or before the deadline.
• Proper recording of the products' breakages through conducting monitoring and adjustment both in manual and system.
• Prepare breakage monthly report with root cause and recommendation.
• Ensure all delivery transactions are properly documented and supported for billing.
• Create delivery receipt monitoring to ensure it will match with the sales invoice and billing statement.
• Prepare weekly reports for outstanding and unmatched delivery receipts.
• Ensure completeness and accountability of received shipments against supplier's record.
• All discrepancies with received shipments must be resolved after 3 days.
• File all valid claims to suppliers.
