Job Description

What are your responsibilities?

  • Lead and scale influencer partnerships that drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Develop and execute a cohesive influencer strategy that aligns with the company?s objectives.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key influencers and brand advocates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and events) to integrate influencer marketing into broader campaigns.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, compliance, and payment processes for influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital media opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop data-driven recommendations for program improvements.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer and employee advocacy programs.
