Job Description
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Support organisational change initiatives and employee engagement programmes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
A Successful HR Business Partner Should Have
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within the IT Services industry.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
