Position Overview

• We are looking for an Estimator to prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and tender submissions for construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate has experience reviewing drawings, pricing projects, and preparing bid documents.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Assist in pricing and compiling tender submissions.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate estimating and tender records.
• Identify cost risks and discrepancies in project documents.
• Support the team with estimating and project-related tasks as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of estimating experience.
• Experience preparing tenders, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Bluebeam and/or PlanSwift.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Construction, engineering, or MEP-related background.
• Experience working with international projects or clients.
