Position Overview

The Designer is responsible for designing and enhancing the company’s digital presence across websites and social media platforms. This role focuses on creating visually engaging, user-centered designs that align with brand standards and marketing objectives. The position works closely with the Marketing team to support digital campaigns while continuously improving user experience, functionality, and visual appeal. The role also requires adaptability, collaboration, and adherence to company policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop website layouts, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Create social media content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital
  
  

marketing campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest web design and social media trends, and
  
  

incorporate them into designs.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and
  
  

design ideas effectively.

• Continuously improve upon the design and user experience of the
  
  

company website and social media platforms.

• While performing his/her duties, the EMPLOYEE shall learn and observe
  
  

best practices in the appropriate endeavour.

• Perform any other job that may be assigned from time to time by his/her
  
  

immediate superior, and/or other officers of the EMPLOYER.

• Ensure the harmonious relationship between officers of the EMPLOYER
  
  

and co-employees in carrying out the job assigned.

• Strictly observe company rules, regulations and policies and observe
  
  

proper decorum at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong UI/UX design skills with experience in Figma or similar tools
• Solid understanding of responsive design and design systems
• Knowledge of front‑end concepts (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• 2–4 years of experience in digital or product design
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
• Candidate own equipments
