Position Overview

Provide frontline customer support as part of a 24/7 team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and accurate documentation within Salesforce and approved ticketing systems. Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and communication across all interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, chats, and support tickets
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and “how-to” assistance
  • Escalate issues to U.S.-based associates with complete and accurate documentation
  • Meet first response time (FRT), resolution, and service level expectations
  • Link tickets to relevant Salesforce accounts or opportunities when required
  • Cross-train across products and shifts and support-related BCP coverage

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Philippine based BPO customer support serving U.S. accounts
  • Clear English communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

  • Salary Range: PHP 47, 600 - PHP 61, 600
  • Work Schedule: Representatives will start on shift A but must be willing to work any of the following dedicated shifts:
  • Shift A: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM |
  • Shift B: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM |
  • Shift C: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Work Set-up: Onsite at Unit 4/F Kings Court Building 1, Pio De Pilar village, 2129 Chino Roces Ave, Legazpi Village, Makati City, Metro Manila
