Job Description
Marketing Data & Campaigns Coordinator (Onsite | Night Shift)
About PeoplePartners
At PeoplePartners, great work starts with great people—and we have the certification to back it up. As a Great Place to Work certified company, we’ve built a people-first culture where talented professionals can do meaningful work, build global experience, and keep growing.
You’ll collaborate with international clients, learn from real-world challenges, and be part of a team that values ownership, curiosity, and getting things done well. If you’re looking for a career where your contribution is noticed and your growth matters, you’ll feel right at home here.
Role Overview
Great campaigns don’t just need big ideas. They need clean data, sharp execution, and someone who knows exactly where every detail belongs.
As our US Marketing Data & Campaigns Coordinator, you’ll work at the intersection of marketing, data, and operations, supporting a US-based client with print advertising campaigns from planning through deployment.
You’ll turn large datasets into accurate, campaign-ready files, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, maintain marketing databases and documentation, and keep timelines moving in the right direction.
One day, you could be cleaning and validating campaign data. The next, you might be preparing mailing files, coordinating vendor deliverables, tracking campaign deadlines, or producing reports stakeholders can actually use.
And if print advertising is new territory? That’s okay. You don’t need previous print advertising experience to succeed in this role. What matters is strong data skills, attention to detail, and the ability to own the operational work behind successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate print advertising campaigns from planning through deployment.
Build and maintain campaign project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Review incoming data for accuracy, completeness, quality, and quantity.
Format, clean, append, validate, and prepare mailing and campaign files.
Confirm processed files meet campaign requirements before deployment.
Coordinate campaign deliverables with printers, data vendors, and other external partners.
Track vendor requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
Maintain accurate marketing databases and campaign data.
Manage internal requests for marketing data.
Organize final campaign files, invoices, cost records, and supporting documentation.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc campaign reports.
Maintain repeatable processes for recurring data requests and campaign activities.
Ensure campaign documentation and marketing data remain accurate and current.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
At least 2 years of relevant experience in analytics, data-driven operations, marketing operations, campaign operations, or a similar environment.
At least 2 years of Microsoft Excel experience, including intermediate-level functions.
Experience working with large or complex datasets.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to clean, validate, organize, and prepare data for operational use.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Ability to work independently, clarify requirements when needed, and take ownership of tasks through completion.
Comfortable following established processes and identifying issues or unclear requirements before they affect delivery.
Relevant experience may come from areas such as:
Marketing or campaign operations.
CRM or database marketing.
Data operations or analytics.
Production coordination.
Direct mail operations.
Vendor or project coordination.
Business operations involving large datasets.
Preferred Qualifications (Experience with any of the following is an advantage but not required):
SQL
CRM or marketing databases
Reporting or visualization tools
Data-cleaning tools
Automated data processes
Direct mail or print advertising operations
