Test And Data Quality Lead

As a Test & Data Quality Lead, you will oversee testing and data quality activities across analytics solutions, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and fit for business use throughout delivery and production readiness.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Test Strategy & Planning

• Define and manage the overall test strategy across the solution landscape.
• Define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams.

Data Validation & Quality Assurance

• Lead data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee ETL and Power BI quality assurance activities.
• Track defects and drive timely issue resolution.

Delivery & Readiness

• Support UAT execution and production readiness activities.
• Ensure testing outcomes align with business requirements and analytics objectives.

Experience

• You have 8–10 years of experience in testing, data quality, or analytics QA.
• You have experience testing data and analytics solutions.

Technical Expertise

• You have strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data validation.
• You have experience with Power BI testing.
• You have good understanding of data quality and reconciliation.

Ways of Working

• You demonstrate strong defect and test management skills.
• You collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
