Beauty</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced and proactive <strong>Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong> to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience within <strong>e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, beauty, retail, or consumer-related businesses</strong>, with strong capabilities in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring both operational and corporate positions.</p> <p>You will work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and build a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li><p>Manage the <strong>end-to-end recruitment process</strong> from sourcing to onboarding.</p> </li> <li><p>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and manpower plans.</p> </li> <li><p>Develop and execute sourcing strategies through:</p> </li> <li><p>Job portals</p> </li> <li><p>LinkedIn</p> </li> <li><p>Facebook groups and communities</p> </li> <li><p>Recruitment platforms</p> </li> <li><p>Employee referrals</p> </li> <li><p>Professional networks</p> </li> <li><p>Source candidates for <strong>Fulfillment, Warehouse, Logistics, E-commerce, Beauty, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Corporate functions</strong>.</p> </li> <li><p>Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates&#39; skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.</p> </li> <li><p>Maintain an active talent pipeline for both urgent and recurring hiring needs.</p> </li> <li><p>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</p> </li> <li><p>Manage offer negotiation and follow up with candidates through the hiring process.</p> </li> <li><p>Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.</p> </li> <li><p>Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate.</p> </li> <li><p>Build relationships with candidates and maintain a strong talent network.</p> </li> <li><p>Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required.</p> </li> <li><p>Continuously identify new sourcing channels and improve recruitment efficiency.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <p>Key Hiring Areas</p> <p>The TA Specialist will primarily support recruitment across:</p> <p><strong>Fulfillment &amp;
