What you’ll do:

• Communicate with clients by phone, text and email in under 20 min
• Champion team through process and admin support
• Capture every detail accurately in our CRM
• Solve problems before they blow up using AI tools

What it takes:

• Impeccable English - flawless written & spoken (outgoing personality a plus)
• Tech savvy – ChatGPT & Google workspace, and CRM software
• Work from-home setup — computer, reliable internet, and workspace for video meetings
