Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Bridgetowne, Quezon City)

Target Start Date: November 10, 2026

Job title: AI Operations Analyst

Qualifications:

Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
2 to 5 years of recent experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, Recruitment CRM platforms, or AI-powered recruitment workflows.
Must have equivalent hands-on experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows
Experience managing multiple workstreams and making judgment-based decisions
Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Preferably available to start immediately
