Job Description

Functional Job Responsibilities

Deal assigned games in accordance with standard operating rules and procedures.
Demonstrate competence in chip work, float management, card placement, accurate payout, and other required skills.
Pay winning and collect losing wagers in a correct and smooth flow of the game, including cash buy-ins, chip buy-ins, and color changes.
Report any suspicious activity to protect the integrity of the games.
Report disputes and complaints arising from the table.
Assist the Pit Supervisor in monitoring patron gaming activities.
Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, maintain patron identity, and gaming history confidential.
Interact with patrons in a professional and articulate manner using English language.
Offer patrons all the available proposition and side bets on the table and provide information about game rules to promote the game to patrons.
Handle patron concerns quickly and efficiently within the scope of authority.
Invite patrons to register for card membership and assist with any related queries.
Perform manual shuffles or facilitate machine shuffles of cards as applicable.
Comply with the varying and existing dealing procedures of games if assigned to Solaire Online tables.
Read, verify, and sign appropriate documents as necessary.
Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies, as well as attendance and punctuality guidelines of the job.
Ensure compliance with company grooming standards.
Ensure personal safety and the safety of co-workers and patrons around them.

Requirements

Minimum height of 54"
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with guests and customers.
Possesses a positive attitude, professionalism, and a high level of integrity.
