Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and commercially aware Client Account and Office Operations Manager to manage key client relationships while overseeing the effective operation of our BGC office.
This is a varied and influential position combining account management, client retention, business development, office management, vendor coordination, and local employee support.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and their issues are resolved effectively. They will work closely with technical teams and senior leadership to align companys technology services with each client’s business objectives.
The role also has responsibility for ensuring that the BGC office remains organized, professional, compliant, and supportive of its employees.
Exceptional spoken and written English is imperative. The successful candidate must be capable of communicating confidently with international clients, senior executives, technical teams, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Relationship Building
• Serve as the principal contact for assigned clients.
• Build trusted, professional, and long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
• Develop a detailed understanding of each client’s business, priorities, technology environment, and service requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide clear updates on requests, issues, projects, and service performance.
• Represent the company confidently and professionally during meetings, service reviews, and client discussions.
Client Retention
• Take responsibility for client satisfaction and the overall quality of the client relationship.
• Identify concerns early and coordinate appropriate action before they affect client retention.
• Conduct regular service reviews and follow up on agreed actions.
• Work with internal teams to ensure client commitments are delivered accurately and on time.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Develop practical account plans that strengthen relationships and encourage long-term retention.
Sales Growth
• Identify opportunities to provide additional products, services, or upgrades that deliver genuine value to clients.
• Work with technical and commercial teams to develop appropriate recommendations.
• Present solutions in clear business language rather than unnecessary technical terminology.
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, renewals, and service changes.
• Maintain awareness of client budgets, priorities, upcoming projects, and technology requirements.
• Balance revenue-growth opportunities with the long-term interests of both the client and Logic Point.
Problem Solving
• Take ownership of client concerns and ensure they are progressed through to resolution.
• Coordinate with internal technical, service-delivery, and leadership teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.
• Ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and professional communications throughout the resolution process.
• Escalate high-impact issues appropriately and monitor agreed corrective actions.
• Identify recurring service problems and work with internal teams to address their underlying causes.
• Translate technical findings into clear explanations that clients can easily understand.
Strategic Planning
• Understand each client’s short- and long-term business objectives.
• Help align companys technology products and services with those objectives.
• Support the creation of client technology roadmaps and improvement plans.
• Identify operational risks, service gaps, lifecycle concerns, and opportunities for modernization.
• Work with platform leads and technical specialists to develop practical recommendations.
• Help clients understand the business value, cost, risk, and operational impact of proposed technology changes.
Office Operations Responsibilities
• Oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of the BGC office.
• Establish and maintain effective office policies, procedures, records, and internal controls.
• Create, process, and track purchase orders.
• Coordinate the purchasing of office equipment, supplies, and services.
• Manage office vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Obtain quotations, monitor supplier performance, and resolve service concerns.
• Track office budgets, invoices, expenses, deliveries, and outstanding payments.
• Perform general bookkeeping and routine financial-administration duties.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels for essential office resources.
• Ensure the workplace remains clean, tidy, safe, organized, and professionally presented.
• Coordinate office cleaning, maintenance, repairs, security, access, and related services.
• Maintain accurate administrative files, office records, and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency, service quality, and cost control.
Building and Facilities Coordination
• Act as companys primary liaison with building management.
• Ensure employees understand and comply with building rules and regulations.
• Communicate building notices, access arrangements, operational updates, and scheduled activities.
• Coordinate fire drills, evacuation procedures, emergency information, and other safety-related requirements.
• Maintain current records of building contacts, rules, procedures, and scheduled compliance activities.
• Raise facilities, access, safety, maintenance, or security concerns and follow them through to resolution.
Local People and Administrative Support
• Work with Senior Leadership to ensure employees have an accessible and trusted local point of contact.
• Track attendance, punctuality, work schedules, holidays, approved leave, and other absences.
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, internal changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee and administrative records.
• Support routine employee communications and workplace activities.
• Handle employee and commercial information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Raise employee concerns or workplace issues with Senior Leadership when appropriate.
• Help maintain a positive, respectful, and professionally managed office environment.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience in account management, client services, customer success, office management, business operations, or a comparable position.
Experience managing business-to-business client relationships.
Experience working with technology, software, infrastructure, telecommunications, or managed IT services.
Demonstrated success in retaining clients and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Experience coordinating the resolution of client or service issues across internal teams.
Office-management, purchasing, vendor-management, budgeting, or bookkeeping experience.
Confidence working directly with international clients and senior executives.
Experience preparing reports, proposals, quotations, meeting notes, and professional business correspondence.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 applications.

Compensation and Working Arrangements
Salary: PHP 70,000–90,000 per month, based on qualifications and relevant experience.
Location: Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila.
Work arrangement: Fully office-based, five days per week.
Schedule: US time-zone shift.
This is not a remote or hybrid position.
