Chef De Partie Sky Dining

• Responsible for managing a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistent food quality, efficient service execution, and adherence to brand, hygiene, and safety standards.
  
• This role requires strong technical skills, attention to details, and the ability to lead junior kitchen staff while supporting overall kitchen operations.
  

Requirements

• With at least 2-5 years of Culinary experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within luxury hotels or integrated resorts
  
• Professional culinary experience in both Korean and Chinese cuisine
  
• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
  
• Strong technical cooking skills relevant to the assigned section
  
• Strong communication skills. Working proficiency in English is required.
  
• Basic leadership ability, section ownership and accountability
  
• Time management and organization
  
• Food quality and consistency
  
• Hygiene and safety awareness
  
• Willing to work on a shift-based role, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
