Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will analyse procurement processes and business requirements to support the design and delivery of procurement analytics solutions that meet operational and reporting needs.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Procurement Process Analysis

• Analyse SMES2P/P2P procurement processes to identify requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct fit‑gap assessments to evaluate solution alignment with business needs.
• Define business rules, processes, and reporting requirements.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Gather and document business requirements to support solution delivery.
• Provide SAP Ariba process and functional expertise throughout analysis activities.
• Work closely with technical teams to clarify and refine requirements.

Testing & Validation

• Support UAT activities and business validation to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Experience

• You have 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• You have experience in requirements gathering and fit‑gap analysis.
• You have experience supporting UAT.

Technical Expertise

• You have strong understanding of procurement and P2P processes.
• You have experience with SAP Ariba.

• You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
