Position Summary

Provides security-focused operational support for Azure cloud services across APAC, complementing the global Azure Architect. Responsible for maintaining strong security posture while ensuring stable day-to-day Azure operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Azure environments for security threats, performance, and availability.
• Implement and maintain Azure security controls including IAM, networking, and encryption.
• Respond to security alerts, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
• Support Azure operational activities including compute, storage, and networking services.
• Perform security assessments, compliance checks, and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with Azure Architect and global teams on secure cloud implementations.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and resilience capabilities.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
• Provide APAC regional support and coordinate escalations with global IT teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or relagted field. Azure certifications (AZ-500, AZ-104) preferred
• 3-5 years cloud operations, IT insfrastructure, or cybersecurity roles. Azure preferred.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services (compute, networking, storage).
• Understanding of cloud security principles and controls.
• Experience with security monitoring, SIEM tools, or incident response.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a global, distributed IT environment.
