Finance Business Partner Manager

As a Finance Business Partner Manager at PT East West Seed Indonesia, you will be a strategic co-pilot for our business units. This role goes beyond traditional controlling; you will drive operational excellence by bridging financial insights with business reality. Based in Purwakarta, you will report to the Finance General Manager and play a pivotal role in optimizing our business performance and cost efficiency.

Job Description:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic objectives, analyze financial performance, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Prepare management reports and variance analysis on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and maintain effective internal control systems.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives in finance operations.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance & controlling focusing on Commercial, Supply Chain, and/or Plant Operation, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage, or SAP/Oracle).
• Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented, and a hands-on leader who can work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Willing to be based in Purwakarta, West Java.
