Regional Quality Manager – India & EMEA (Global Supply)
Job Purpose
The Regional Quality Manager leads and coordinates quality management activities across India and EMEA for Global Supply operations. This role ensures alignment with the organization’s Global Management System (GMS), ISO standards, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a strong culture of quality. Acting as a bridge between global quality strategy and local execution, the role supports manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and cross‑functional stakeholders to consistently meet quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Leadership and Regional Coordination
Lead and coordinate the regional quality community, acting as the primary quality contact for India and EMEA.
Drive information sharing, best‑practice exchange, alignment, and competency development through structured forums, info calls, and engagement initiatives.
Guide, influence, and support quality professionals and stakeholders within the region.
Quality Systems, GMS, and ISO Compliance
Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality policies, processes, and projects in alignment with the Global Management System (GMS).
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards across in‑house and subcontracted operations.
Support deployment, communication, and consistent application of global quality and management system requirements at local sites.
Audit Management and Regulatory Readiness
Plan, coordinate, support, and participate in internal and external audits across the region.
Lead the development and capability building of the internal auditor pool.
Support and facilitate audits, regulatory inspections, and implementation of new regulations.
Non‑Conformance, Risk, and Incident Management
Define, implement, and maintain appropriate procedures, controls, and risk assessments for production and operational processes.
Oversee the management and closure of major non‑conformities, audit findings, LN quality incidents, and continuous improvement (CI) actions.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and structured problem‑solving for significant or escalated cases.
ISO Certification and Recertification
Support planning, readiness assessment, execution, and ongoing maintenance of ISO certifications and recertifications for regional sites.
Ensure sustained compliance and continual improvement between certification cycles.
Training and Competency Development
Coordinate and deliver quality‑related training at regional, site, and individual levels.
Develop auditor competencies, support Spotlight key‑user coaching, and ensure skills assessments are completed using Workday or other defined tools.
Ensure employees have the required level of quality and compliance knowledge.
Lead or support quality‑related continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze existing ways of working and implement improvements within the regional scope.
Customer Focus and Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as a quality contact for customer‑related quality topics within the region.
Collaborate closely with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and global quality teams to ensure consistent quality practices and outcomes.
Strengthen customer‑focused quality thinking and proactive issue prevention.
Work Complexity and Impact
Works independently or leads small teams to deliver quality management initiatives.
Manages quality activities for a defined regional scope with tangible impact on operational performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Provides guidance, coaching, and influence within the area of expertise.

Geographical Scope: Regional (India & EMEA) with global alignment
Functional Scope: Global Supply, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
Experience And Qualifications
Typical minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in quality management, quality assurance/control, or related roles.
Strong working knowledge of ISO standards, audit processes, risk management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience working in regional or global matrix organizations is preferred.
