The Assistant Lease Manager is responsible for supporting the overall lease strategies of the mall and maximizing its occupancy. He/she scouts for possible businesses/partners who will lease spaces in the mall. He/she also maintains good relations with the current partners and proposes ways to increase sales.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree, preferably, Business Administration or any equivalent course.
• At least 5 years working experience in related field required. Prior experience with Property Lease, particularly in commercial lease, is an advantage.
• Candidate with leasing experience will have advantage.
• Candidate must be residing or willing to be assigned in Robinsons Palawan.
