Job Summary

The Sales Support Assistant is responsible for accommodating walk-in borrowers in Loan Processing Office in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and consolidation of reports related to Sales.
  • Handles inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients.
  • Serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 year degree course
  • With at least 1 year experience in any field such as sales and customer service of any financial institutions, lending institutions, banks, call centers and telecommunications company, an advantage.
  • Must have knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have good communication skills and highly customer service-oriented.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon, Palawan
