Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the promotional and operational efforts of a premier retail destination in Puerto Princesa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact in-house events, fostering strategic partnerships with suppliers and event organizers, and securing lucrative sponsorships. You will ensure that all advertising campaigns and mall activities align with current consumer trends and local market needs while consistently elevating the propertys brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Event Oversight: Plan and manage large-scale in-house events and activities that drive foot traffic and enhance the customer experience.
• Partnership Management: Negotiate and manage "tie-ups" with external suppliers, event organizers, and corporate sponsors.
• Campaign Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising and digital marketing campaigns tailored to the target demographic.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all marketing collateral and onsite activations maintain a premium and cohesive brand identity.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor local market shifts and consumer behavior to ensure mall offerings remain relevant and competitive.
  
  
  

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or a related 4-year field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a marketing leadership role with deep expertise in events management, promotions, and digital advertising.
• Skills: Proven track record in sponsorship acquisition and vendor management.
