We operate from 7am to 6pm and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for children to explore, grow and thrive.

About The Role

We are seeking a passionate Educational Leader to join our team 5 days per week. This role focuses on supporting and mentoring educators while driving high-quality educational practice across the centre.

The position includes 2 days per week off the floor to focus on mentoring, programming support and curriculum development, along with an Educational Leader allowance.

About You

You’re an experienced educator who is passionate about early childhood education and supporting teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

You Will

• Mentor and support educators in their practice
• Design engaging programs that empower children as independent learners
• Inspire curiosity, resilience and confidence in young minds
• Build positive relationships with families and the wider community
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian working rights
