What I Will Do
End-to-end helpdesk management and ticket resolution:
Receive, prioritize, and open tickets/requests in the helpdesk system.
Take full ownership of tickets from creation to closure, ensuring regular status updates and proper documentation.
Monitor and track requests daily to identify and resolve issues proactively, escalating only when necessary.
Ensure all resolutions meet or exceed client SLA targets and internal quality standards.
Coordination and collaboration with teams and vendors:
Work closely with SDMs, Project Coordinators, Team Leads, and other internal stakeholders to align on priorities and task completion.
Coordinate with in-house and third-party vendors to execute required tasks within agreed budgets and timelines.
Facilitate communication between vendors, internal teams, and clients to prevent delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in project-specific tasks that require teamwork and flexibility.
Operational support and reporting:
Complete and secure pre- and post-site visit reports accurately and on time.
Support shifting schedules and operational coverage, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Adapt to project-based work environments, assisting with ad-hoc duties, process improvements, and continuous service delivery enhancements.
Maintain records and reports to track ticket trends, SLA compliance, and support metrics for management review.
Requirements
What You Need:
Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in IT, service desk, or technical support functions, with understanding of IT SLAs and key metrics.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Flexibility: Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to a project-based environment.
Onsite Availability: Ability and willingness to work onsite as required.
Tools & Processes: Access to ticketing systems, knowledge of workflow management, and familiarity with vendor coordination processes to ensure timely and accurate request fulfillment.
