Machine Operator

Responsible for the maintenance of equipment for the efficient production process. Conducts regular preventive maintenance activities on machines handled.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures the continuous supply of materials that conforms with the set quality standard.
• Ensures all requirements are met with respect to quality and standards within job scope.
• Regularly checks the condition of the machine and do adjustments as needed and approved in the system.
• Helps eliminate losses and improve the line by zero loss mindset.
• Attends shift Daily Direction Setting and or coordinates with the shift team lead on the production schedule and line activities.
• Accomplishes all log sheets and or e-forms efficiently.

• Must be at least a college undergraduate in Engineering or a related technical course (Electromechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical/Electronic Technology, Mechatronics, or Aircraft Maintenance Technology).
• Preferably with NC II in Welding.
• Passionate about learning and highly analytical.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays, as needed.
