Temporary Accounts Payable Associate

Our Finance department is looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Associate to join the team. In this role, you will handle supplier invoices, payments, and employee expense claims with accuracy and efficiency. You will ensure timely processing, maintain strong relationships with vendors, and support month-end closing activities within a dynamic, multinational environment.

What you’ll do:

• Process and verify supplier invoices
• Execute timely payments and manage payment schedules
• Maintain vendor records and resolve billing queries
• Assist with month-end closings and compliance reporting
• Identify process improvements and support automation efforts

About you

• A highschool, graduate or bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• No previous Accounts Payable (AP) experience is required, but would be a plus
• ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good communicator
• Knowledge of VAT/GST and multi-currency environments a plus
• Proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus
• Fluent communication in English is a must
