Data Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate with foundational experience in telecom data and analytics, adept at coordinating service provisioning, migrations, and decommissioning activities while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Rate Range: $34/hour to $36/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Data Analyst Job Responsibilities Include

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during service provisioning, migration, and decommissioning, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Manage, submit, and track service orders, migrations, and disconnections across customer systems with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to resolve provisioning, order, and service-related issues.
• Monitor post-provisioning and decommissioning activities to ensure smooth transitions aligned with agreed service plans.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and status reports on fulfillment progress, transition health, and CSAT metrics.
• Identify risks, delays, or service gaps, escalate complex issues as required, and support customer inquiries during transition and hyper-care periods.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, operations, customer support, service delivery, or telecom/IT services.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage customer interactions, service orders, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work across multiple systems for order management, ticketing, reporting, and documentation, with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
