We’re Hiring: Amazon Catalogue Manager at Sophie Society!

In this role, you’ll own the accuracy and health of Amazon catalogs across multiple brands. From fixing suppressed ASINs to resolving GTIN issues and flat file uploads, you’ll be the go-to problem solver keeping our clients’ listings live, compliant, and optimized. What You’ll Do

• Resolve catalog issues: ASIN errors, GTIN/UPC exemptions, parentage fixes, suppressed listings, stranded inventory
• Upload, edit, and troubleshoot flat files (bulk and single)
• Correct product categories, GL types, and variation reviews
• Update titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images
• Support account health by resolving policy, IP, and trademark violations
• Ensure advertising eligibility (SB/SP campaigns, A/B testing)
  
  

• You love solving puzzles and troubleshooting Amazon catalog issues
• You thrive working independently while being part of a global, remote-first team
• You’re strong in Excel
• You have hands-on Seller Central experience and a good grasp of catalog, inventory, and account health management
  
  

• $400 – $600 per month
• 100% remote (EU time zone availability required)
