What You Will Be Doing đź’Ľ
Hello there, you Digital Marketing rockstar. So, here’s the deal. Between Cappuccinos and Spritz, you will:
Lead the tactical & operational management of one or more digital marketing channels, ensuring flawless campaign execution - from setup to optimisation and detailed performance analysis (yes, numbers matter, and you like them).
Direct advanced testing and optimisation initiatives within the channel, applying deep expertise to enhance campaign effectiveness, meet client KPIs, and occasionally prove a hypothesis right (very satisfying).
Conduct in-depth channel analyses and audits to identify opportunities for improving brand visibility, performance metrics, and overall impact.
Advocate for and integrate innovative tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve campaign results - because there’s always a smarter way to do things.
Provide clients with concise, actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, guiding strategic decisions with a nice commercial accent.
Collaborate with platform representatives and internal colleagues to stay ahead of emerging features and best practices, and actually apply those learnings to drive client success.
Promote a collaborative environment, leading by example in integrating channel-specific insights with cross-functional team efforts to enhance the overall client experience.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior specialists, providing guidance on channel-specific tactics and fostering an environment of continuous learning (and curiosity).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️

3-5 years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem (or close enough that you know what you’re doing).
Hands-on experience and technical knowledge in either one key marketing channel (paid social or search), or solid experience across both, with a clear understanding of how they integrate into broader marketing strategies.
Numbers. Strong analytical skills (GA4) and a natural affinity for numbers are key; you must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with a commercially driven, proactive and consultative approach (bonus points if you’re fluent in sarcasm, but know when not to use it).
Proficiency in crafting and applying effective testing tactics to discover innovative solutions and boost campaign effectiveness.
Project management skills are critical. A proactive, charismatic, and consultative approach is essential.
Proficiency in communicating complex ideas clearly in presentations and collaborative discussions - no buzzword bingo required.
Strong ownership and accountability, with laser-focused attention to detail and organisational skills that don’t fall apart under pressure.
Full professional fluency in Italian and English (your colleagues speak English, the platforms speak English, and so does the PlayStation in the gaming room… you get the picture).
