Mô tả công việc

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role acts as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensures effective coordination across cross-functional teams.

• Project Planning & Scope Definition:
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
• Break down tasks and set clear milestones Technical
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Track milestones and adjust plans as needed
• Manage and control project budgets effectively
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, operations, sales, etc.)
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance
• Resolve conflicts and support team productivity
• Identify potential risks and issues
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Proactively address project challenges
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to management and clients
• Ensure clear and consistent communication
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure all project records are properly stored and updated
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience & Education:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management
• At least 3 years of experience managing Solar/EPC projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools such as: Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana….
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of solar project lifecycle, EPC processes, and site execution is an advantage
• Strong planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects
• Good English communication skills are a plus
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certifications are preferred
