What Youll Do:
Responsible for HVAC system, design, coordination and integration in building projects, covering all phases from design development, tender preparation, to project administration.
Lead the design process, promoting cost-effective and innovative solutions.
Coordinate project documentation (drawings, specifications) and review team inputs
Conduct site inspections, oversee HVAC installation and commissioning, coordinate works, and attend project meetings for building developments, including fast-track and mission-critical facilities.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure HVAC design intent, compliance with codes and standards, and smooth execution from concept design through detailed design and construction administration until project completion.
Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual processes.
Monitor delegated tasks, flag resource concerns, and identify additional fee opportunities.
What We"ll Love About You:
Bachelors degree or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant engineering design experience and knowledge in Mechanical systems.
Prior experience in engineering consulting work, particular in Healthcare Facilities or project management will be advantageous.
Candidate with strong knowledge in relevant Healthcare related Guidelines, such as HTM/ASHRAE/CIBSE will also be advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
